THE PROBLEM

Aggressive Driving continues to be a significant traffic safety problem in Pennsylvania.   The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) estimates that aggressive drivers are responsible for ⅔ of all highway fatalities and nearly 35 percent of all crashes.

According to the new 2004 fatality statistics, over 58% of all fatalities in Pennsylvania

involve aggressive driving.
